COMMUNITY
Advancement at Trinity
The crucial question for us is not whether it takes a village or a family to raise a child, but rather whether we parents of Trinity can shape such a village that will help us to do well what God has called us to do.
– Dr. Chip Denton
(It Takes a Village, pg. 5)
It takes a family. It takes a village. At Trinity, our entire family—parents, grandparents, alumni, parents of alumni, board members, community partners, businesses, and friends—are partners in our mission to educate the next generation of Christian leaders.
What makes Trinity special is that it is primarily a mission-driven school. You, using the unique time, treasures, and talents that the Lord has given you, make a difference to the school. Whether you volunteer your time, share your wisdom, contribute your support, or spread the word, your impact helps us achieve our mission—to educate students using the classical tools of learning and providing a rich and unhurried education while communicating truth, goodness, and beauty.
Ways to Get Involved
Volunteer Opportunities
- There are many opportunities to serve using your time and talents. Parents serve the school through the Trinity Parent Organization (TPO) and discover fundraising and volunteer opportunities that align with their interests and schedule. Trinity grandparents meet regularly throughout the year, attending or volunteering at our annual Grandparents and Special Friends Day celebration, blessing the faculty and staff with flowers on Daffodil Day, and participating in Grandparent Treat Day each spring.
Make a Gift and an Impact
- Annual Fund Giving: Your giving to our annual fund, called the Trinity Fund, makes an impact by allowing us to advance the mission of Trinity. Giving to the fund supports every aspect of a Trinity education, from arts and athletics to educational materials and faculty development. Read more.
- Other Gifts: Giving a restricted gift, or a gift to a specific fund, supports the projects and initiatives that you are passionate about. Many generous donors give to the arts, athletics, Sunshine Assistance Relief Fund, and more. View our guide to giving below to learn how you can make a restricted gift.
Don’t hide your light! Let it shine for all; let your good deeds glow for all to see, so that they will praise your heavenly Father.
– Matthew 5:16 (Living Bible)
The Trinity Fund
Welcome to the Trinity Fund, the lifeblood of our mission to educate the next generation. At Trinity, we nurture a love of learning for its own sake, guide our students to pursue truth, goodness, and beauty, and encourage them to live a rich, unhurried life—all for the glory of Christ.
This year, we embark on a journey to “Cultivate.”
Your generosity will cultivate the soil in which young minds and hearts will grow. Through your support, students will walk these halls, experience the joy and wonder of learning, and blossom into disciples of Christ, ready to carry His light into the world.
